i cut my walk short on friday, i ate good on saturday, but had a 32 ounce of Miller high life, so that didnt help. I ate alot on sunday, and binged also at midnight. Dont know whats going on but you are right I needed the rest. Im going to get back on track today!!
You'll do great today, Becca! Just remember that one not great decision doesn't have to ruin your whole day or week. If you eat something you wish you hadn't, just go for a walk and end the day with an apple or whatever healthy snack you like. I fall apart mid-day all the time, but if I end the day well it usually won't snowball to the next morning.
At least your accounting for it and fessing up! Get back on the band wagon and go gor it. We all fall off one time or another. it's all about picking yourself up and brushing yourself off! Go, Go, Go!!!
I have watched you take a one pound gain very seriously. Yes, it does happen but don't let it get out of hand and don't get discouraged. I know I am not your favorite person to talk to about your new healthier lifestyle and I know I am not a very good work out partner. But I am living in your world Rebecca. I have seen you accomplish so much.
I know sometimes you want to give up or "fall off the wagon" but keep in mind that no matter how hard it gets the rewards are infinatly better than the alternative, by that I mean 110 lbs earlier in your life. Keep it up sweetheart. I love you and I am here with you no matter what.
3 is better than 5! Just DONT let it get to 5!
