But I don't know what the time frame is before it is a legitamate plateau.<BR/><BR/>What do I call where you are at? Maintenance. You are rocking at maintaining your current weight. That mean, if you want to start losing again, you have to remain OP with a vengeance. You have to not let the stress get to you in the form of foods. Cut back on your red meat, if you think this would make a difference.
